This was the one that was the biggest pain in the ass to make... i had to strip the video from the youtube video, make it a gif, adjust the frame rate of ALL 87 FRAMES and then add the text.

I have no idea how to do it in photoshop. but in gimp you alpha to selection the text layer, create a new layer under the text layer. select>grow and then just enter whatever number of pixels you think would be good for the size of the text. make sure the new layer under the text is selected then fill with black. what it does is selects around the words then you grow it so that when you fill selection with black on the layer underneath you get the black outlining of the letters.
