lol that would be silly considering he's been dead for 17 years when this starts...
but he got a kickass statue and you can totally see Aang's resemblance in Milo (?)

i think it will be better since its targeted at a slightly older audience and set in a darker time period with a more morally realistic main conflict
Racism, egalitarianism and class wars vs save the whole world from an evil king
set in a steampunk-esq world where benders intermingle to the point where two brothers bend different elements is a great evolution from the racially pure 4 nations in the first series
also prevalent metal and lightning benders = epic progression

I love how it's turning out, but I'm a bit confused as to how Amon was able to permanently eliminate the lightning pro- bending team's captain's chi. Wasn't the only way to do it, was by being the Avatar; you know, the guy who can be able to cross into the normal and the spirit world?
Honestly, I think he's somehow related to Korra, possibly her bigger brother or something.

I doubt it. I'm wondering if he's got some relation to Ozai because of what Aang did to him at the end of the show... 70 years in the future, we can't see his face, for all we know he IS Ozai... Ozai at about 110 ish but still...
but this is undoubtedly going to be a GREAT plot reveal further down the road

How could he be so agile and so strong at 110 years old? Not even Aang could be so mobile at such an old age. He also mentions how he a fire bender took his family and his face, but Ozai still had Zuko and Iroh.

Yeah, without a doubt. We're only three episodes in, and we already have some serious plot development, a main heroine, her friends, some romantic development, a really badass enemy organization, and her mission. (Although I wonder what'll happen after she finally learns air- bending.)

Bumi was 108 in the show and kicked ass.... but yea
his story could be a complete lie, i don't buy it for a second until proved true
yeeeheee i was legitimately pissed at the end of the third episode just because i couldn't immediately watch the fourth

Oh my god I miss Bumi. >_<

Personally, I think he's lying, and as soon as he eliminates all other benders, he'll reveal his plan, which is probably him being the last undefeatable bender in the world (seeing as how normal humans can barely do anything to them), and he'll rule the world or something like that. :P

who knows... too early to say but I didn't think about him being a bender...
if he's using some sort of Chi block dealy like his minions then maybe
maybe he can GIVE bending too... wipe out natural benders and assign powers to his personal minions....
ooohhh

That is Aang's son Tenzin. This is from Avatar: Legend of Korra. Aang is dead in the series

aang's son and grandchildren
aang has already passed away, and a new avatar has been born in the water tribe
instead of fighting the fire nation, there is a group of non-benders called "the equalists" that want to basically abolish bending for good
