Did you guys not know? There's an alternate version of the storyline where the Joker is Alfred. He wants to create a villain that Bruce annot ever defeat because he knows Bruce too well and can predict his moves. He does this so Bruce always has a purpose. Sort of an odd way of protecting him from himself.

I remember reading that one at a book store. Batman was dead and everyone was telling different stories about he died, and alfred's was that he and his friends dressed as villains to protect him, but one of them got too much into it, i think it was the riddler, and basically shot batman dead.

Than alfred is magic , villains team up , die , and vary in size from 3 foot tall dwarfs, to gigantic clay monster with the ability to squeeze through tiny cracks in the wall.

I've seen this on here about twenty times, and it's just as stupid as the first time. Batman's villains are way too massively varied to remotely accomplish this, not to mention they frequently team up. How exactly can Alfred become a shapeshifting clay monster, or a giant scaled cannibal? How about a nearly naked homicidal knife-wielding murderer who carves trophies of his kills into his skin? Or an immortal ninja master AND his daughter. At the same time.

In one series, Alfred J. Pennyworth, dresses as the Joker. He then hires actors to play the part of other villains. However, some villains actually appear, and attempt to kill Batman. And in this spin off, Bats dies when The riddler, goes insane and actually believes he is a villain, then shoots Bruce in the chest several times.

They aren't Alfred in disguise, but Batman sure as hell makes his own villains by just being alive. Take a gander at "Batman The Dark Knight Returns". The comics or the animated movie, whatever floats your boat.
