That's pretty much how it feels when I try to teach other people how to use chopsticks.

All I could think of was that the first one was like most subbed animes and/or translated mangas.
The second is like how weebos speak.
The third is like some of dubbed animes out there (curse you new 4kids...).

In my own opinion, I'm a pretty committed anime and manga fan...
But i still don't know, why certain other fans needs to take japanese phrases in to their daily languages.
I'm Scandinavian, and do myself use english phrases from time to time in my daily life, but only because I know the language, as a second language.
What I can't see is why someone would say ''Baka'' instead of idiot, ''Moe'' instead of cute and ending their sentences in desu, if they beside that, can't a word of japanese.

I'm not looking for an answer, I just needed to get it off my chest.

it's just a culture mimic. It's poorly done, and annoying as hell, but it's still just a culture thing. like watching a tv show, then copying a catch phrase from said tv show.

Well I'm sure not everyone experiences this, but I've noticed that I sub-consciously replace certain words with the japanese equivalent after watching a lot of anime. It's not like i'm trying to speak japanese or anything. I think I must be very suggestible because it happened when I took Spanish too.

I only interject Japanese into my speech when it would make sense, as I do with all foreign languages. So, it may happen once per day.

Common phrases everyone knows, like "Sayonara!" for "bye" in the same way you might use "au revoir" or "chao" in place of the same word.
I recently started using "daijoubu" around my female coworkers to tell them things are okay when they are freaking out over nothing.

Simple stuff like that. Not going overboard like some people do...
