In America it's a gray area. From what I understand, the local government will arrest you but the federal government usually will agree it isn't illegal. Also from what I understand California as a whole is pretty much cool about it. Either way, posting drawn naked kids is a good way to get perma-banned from FJ.
But one thing to keep in mind is there needs to be a fair argument something is supposed to be sexual. A picture of a fully clothed child can be considered child pornography if it's provocative, and a picture of a naked child can be considered not child porn if it isn't provocative (Old paintings, nudists, etc). I think there's a fair argument that the images in this post aren't really meant to provoke sexual feelings.

OtisMcWonderful (05/12/2015) [-] For K-On? Not really. There's like 2 obligatory beach episodes out of 40ish episodes one for each season , but they aren't heavily fan-serviced like other shows.
It's not the best anime out there it's one of my favorite though , but I'd say it's worth a watch. But if you aren't into it after a couple episodes, just stop there because it's just more of that for the rest of the series. Don't force yourself to watch it just because it was recommended. If you don't like it, you don't like it.
