Wait, SERIOUSLY!? I always hated how they stopped the show without ending the story, A VOID FROM MY CHILDHOOD IS ABOUT TO BE FILLED!

The comic is supposed to take place where the series left off, REJOICE!

The War was finally over, but the Warrior was gone.
His shield was all that was left.
This stranger, who became a brother, aided us in our time of need and made a difference.
His sacrifice, and that of the others, defeated our enemy, saved our lands and ensured our freedom.
They will be honored and remembered forever.
The 300 plus one.
But I believe the one survived.
A warrior that great could not be stopped so easily.

i was so sad when this never had a film or an end.
User avatar #9 to #8 - theism (07/25/2013) [-]
I'm pretty sure they never finished it because the guy who voiced Aku died.

Supposedly after the powerpuff girls movie wasn't a big success CN cancelled all of Genndy Tartakovsky's (who played a big role in powerpuff girls and created samurai jack and dexter's lab) projects, so we'll never know how it ends.

Actually, I believe the series finished before Mako passed away. Tartakovsky signed a contract for four years, and that's what he delivered

oh..well...

I loved the episode where the assassins spent most the episode thinking of a flawless plan to beat Jack and in the end he just beat the **** out of them.
User avatar #38 to #27 - TarnRazor (07/26/2013) [-]
That's my second favorite episode. My favorite is when he fights that guy Aku sends who captured warriors' souls into his skulls.

I don't remember that one but I'm to check it out now!

The villain's name is Demongo. That should help.

Back to back samurai jack.

Samurai Jack is voiced by Hermes Conrad.
I know right?

Last time I checked, Netflix added SJ to instant stream. For those of you that aren't torrent savvy.

So what happened in the end? This waws one of my absolute favourites as a kid and I don't think I ever watched the end (if it had one).

The **** happened to this magnificent man?

nothing, jack beats him in a challenge and continues the pattern aku told him he has established
User avatar #20 to #4 - beasert (07/26/2013) [-]
They wanted to end it with a movie, but it got pushed back. Eventually, Aku's voice actor died.
We'll just have to pretend the fable episode is how it ended.
#30 to #20 - anon (07/26/2013) [-]
There were more seasons after that
User avatar #22 to #20 - kerfufflemachtwo (07/26/2013) [-]
Actually, the show ended two years before Aku's voice actor died.

The last TV role Mako played was Uncle Iroh in Avatar.

Today I learned something.

In the last episode jack finds a way home. The guardian of the way defeats him A LOT. Then as the guardians about to kill jack said back in time portal reveals that jack is destined to use the portal when he is older 10 some odd years. So the guardian calls a big pterodactyl and has it fly jack still alive far away and as he leaves says "one day you will use this portal but not today" or something like that.

The director said that he's got the funding for the new movie but they have to re-cast mako and wait for the other actors to be freed up.
