Because people were complaining about cops shooting people, they are creating a less-lethal projectile for guns. Basically the force of the bullet project the ball towards the assailant, hopefully disabling them, but I have doubts about that being effective, considering they have to attach the thing before using it, and in most cases a gun would be drawn in split-second decisions.

It is. People kept complaining about police shootings and act as if they want to kill people, so they made this thing, which could costs more police lives, not that they care.

That really annoys me. I don't understand what is so hard about body cams, can't be money if they plan to implement these.

Everybody wins, cops have additional proof and people can shut up about the situations with visual evidence.

Then again, I'm sure people will find some way to still make them a problem.

its a thing that attaches to a gun so the first shot will make the metal ball go while the orange thing flies off. its so the first shot would be nonlethal while still leaving the rest of the bullets and the gun in perfect killing condition. a work in progress thats trying to be used for cops

The little thing would just shoot the ball off in a random direction and cause the bullet to turn into a wild trajectory lethal force. Instead of preventing one death it would most likely cause 2 or 3 deaths from the wild angle shots.
