That kid" has a brilliant idea
gets off his bike and wheels it upto the train
up onto the hitch ofthe train

struggles as hard as he can to rescue his bike

Perhaps his parents were cheap and abusive?

I had a similar thing happen to me. I walked to school this was back in 5th to 8th grades. Always had the to cross the same railroad everyday. In this town, trains stopping on the tracks is quite common. The city even built tunnels underneath trains so it wouldn't stop traffic. I wasn't even near a tunnel though so I decided to climb over it. I did. Guess what happens next? the ****** starts moving. Before I know it, the train i going 20+ mph. I decide to make the ballsiest move of the day, and jump off from the lowest point I can, which was still a good 10 feet in the air.
I ended up fracturing my knee (the way I landed) and breaking my ankle, I had to have one of those boot things and crutches for 5 weeks.

Why? I'm just wondering how one can infer that I am Autistic from that comment alone,

You're right though, I've been diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome.

The train, self inflicting wound, and poor judgement that day.

It was meant as a joke.

I was diagnosed when I was around 9 (fourth grade). It was by a doctor that specialized in neurological disorders.
Also, a question for a fellow Aspie.

What's your social life like? (do you have friends/gf and so on)
I'm still in HS and my social life is practically non existent minus a very small group of people I talk to in school about video games and whatnot, but we don't really talk outside of school, and don't text/call either.

Hello, I'm not the same person as that Anon but I was diagnosed with Asperger's as well so I thought I might as well answer your question. My social life sounds very similar to yours. I don't have, nor have I ever had, a girlfriend but I have had a couple of somewhat friends. There have been three or four people I have even been close to calling a friend, but I never even talk to them much outside of lunch. I also don't really talk to any of them outside of school.

Thanks for answering those questions. I'm considering this school year since it's my last year and I'm leaving in December (early graduation) I've been thinking about asking a girl out. They say, we regret the things we don't do, more than the things we do.
Any suggestions? I know that I should become friends with her first. Also, I've had a desire to date this girl since last year, she is younger (sophomore this year) and i'll be a senior.
