It's been used incorrectly here.
ye = you (plural)
thou = you (singular)
When addressing the Original Teletyper (OP), he should have used thou.

John Locke (The guy pictured who isn't Newton) was a philosopher on governance who helped come up with the whole "equal rights for all" he didn't have anything to do with gravity. Also, he wasn't even Christian.
