Well, it's time for my monthly breakdown... Fuck, I never saw this becoming a regular thing. Used to think I could live with it, but depression robbed everything from me. I saw it coming too, and did absolutely nothing. I just want to reach out to someone, anybody. I don't know what to do, how to start to make my life better again

To be honest, don't come asking for advice like that here. Get professional aid.

I don't even enjoy music anymore. Anything that made me happy before, I could give a shit less about now

go to the gym or do some other sports. just force yourself to do it, it'll take your mind off things

maybe phone/text someone to meet you at the gym so you've got a real reason to go?

I lost my job and moved back in with my parents, my phone's turned off, and my car doesn't run. My mom works out after work, I might just have to do that

Go to the Doctor.

Depression is a serious mental illness, and meds, therapy or counselling may be the way to go.
