Have you tried connecting to the router using an ethernet cable? Did this just suddenly start happening?

Run an ethernet to the router, then do a speed test. If this fixes the problem, try moving the router closer to where your computer is located. This might also mean your network adapter is not functioning properly.

If you're still having trouble even after wiring the connection, call your ISP.

Speed test: speedtest.net

Is this computer yours or your grandma's? If it's yours and it was functioning prior to the move, it's most likely an issue with the router or modem. Running a virus scan and defragging wouldn't hurt though.
