To be honest, you're 2 inches shorter than me, but 70 pounds heavier, and I'm considered to be in bad shape/overweight. Unless you've got more muscle, you're in the bad health range.

Then you're going to need to look at your body fat percentage to really know. My old high school used to have some sensors that could tell you body fat and percentage; you could ask a gym teacher or coach, at your school, to use one.
I believe less than 10 percent is considered good. Though if you've recently put on weight and its not from weight training you'll likely be above that. But it gives you a goal to work towards.

technically, you're obese. measure your wastline (no sucking in, use a tape measure of something), and then i can tell if you're fat or just big.
