**** you! some of us enjoy the simplicity which is counsel gaming and bethesda games looks pretty damn good to me on ps4 and xbox1 bro

PC gaming isn't all that complex, and the game may "look" good to you, but it's far from running well.

Much prefer it to PC.

>playing without mods
Not fun
User avatar #18 to #16 - doomtaker (12/03/2015) [-]
But...consoles are getting mods this time....and Bethesda has already given the go ahead for AO mods as well.... theres....theres literally only the hardware limiting things between the games this time...mods aren't even a factor....

Though I still play on PC cause I already have one and don't own the consoles.
User avatar #19 to #18 - nathanbiggs ONLINE (12/03/2015) [-]
I already have mods, and I don't have to worry about how Bethesda implements them. Then there's the hardware factor as you said, the hardware is already chugging pretty hard as it is. It's a very limiting experience playing a Bethesda game on a console, even with the promise of mods on the horizon.
User avatar #20 to #19 - doomtaker (12/03/2015) [-]
Fair enough, but the mods out right now aren't anything to truly write home about yet, and probably won't be until the G.E.C.K. comes out thats when the really good stuff will start popping up, I was just saying that technically they will have mods. The game itself IMO was pretty good without mods and I think everyone should do a dry vanilla run of a game before putting mods into it anyways. But to each there own on that.
User avatar #22 to #20 - nathanbiggs ONLINE (12/03/2015) [-]
Yeah, they're pretty much just .ini tweaks at this point, but some of them do help out a lot. I can't wait to see what people will be producing once the G.E.C.K. is out.
User avatar #26 to #22 - doomtaker (12/03/2015) [-]
I think the best mod out there right now is the one that lets you see what each dialogue choice is gonna say, as it should have been in the first place (seriously, just cause its fully voiced why not let us see EXACTLY what each option will say? Why do devs do that...is it really hard to have all the dialogue on screen and then hear the character speak ti after selecting it? That aside, I am also looking forward to the mods, my favorites are always armor and weapon variations.
User avatar #40 to #18 - kingbulbasaur (12/03/2015) [-]
Hate to be that guy, but you are objectively wrong as mods are still a factor.
Consoles can barely maintain 30 fps at 900p on Fallout 4. If you throw in any decent texture mods and such, you're going to drop even further as far as FPS goes.
This coming from a guy who owns a PS4 and PC.
User avatar #45 to #40 - doomtaker (12/03/2015) [-]
I wasn't factoring in texture mods cause anybody that demands them are...well I'm not gonna go into that argument but....well.. yeah anyways. Yeah I know they struggle a bit, but the vast majority of mod content is not enhanced textures and thus will still run about on par with the vanilla version. However that highlights my bigger issue with the consoles, 30 fps and struggling to maintain it. THATS a valid argument against getting the game on a console right there, the consoles performance vs the pc's.

No need to be an ass about it
User avatar #21 to #11 - frenzyhero (12/03/2015) [-]
Some of us are limited in the options.
At least Fallout games are somewhat full experiences on console.
Scrolls is just pointless on console.
User avatar #28 to #21 - mariox (12/03/2015) [-]
I can respect that. I play pc, but I have played my friends console version, Its good as hell on all.
User avatar #23 to #21 - nathanbiggs ONLINE (12/03/2015) [-]
You can buy a $100ish graphics card that runs Fallout better than either console, you're not all that limited. But yeah, they are better than Scrolls games on consoles.
#29 to #23 - anon (12/03/2015) [-]
being able to run a game as big as fallout isnt just reliant on your graphics card.
#47 to #29 - hkmweed (12/03/2015) [-]
supriseingly anon is kinda right, you need to make sure the entire computer "supports itself", you dont wanna bottleneck a grapichs card with other crappy computer hardware
User avatar #24 to #23 - frenzyhero (12/03/2015) [-]
I don't wanna spend 100 dollars. Plus I like physical formats, and it's more direct on a console.

I think its a reference to the song in the description. We Found Out seems to be a line in the song that is repeated a few times, like in the content.

I play on PS4, but the audio never really bothered me much. The radio always was a bit quiet, so I might try this.
