And why is this a bad thing? I don't deny that change in a system kicks up the dirt at the bottom of the puddle, but with time the muck will settle and often times in a way that was more desirable than before. Like breaking a bone that has improperly healed in order to properly set it. It's a step back in the short term for the sake of a giant leap in the long term.
