Great news, coudn't beat the final boss on the PS3, so I end up dropping it near the end; I'll definitely give it another shot.

soupkittenagain (10/30/2014) [-] Final boss was insanely easy for me. I beat him in about 3 or 4 turns. What you do is use the Edelweiss to blow up the turrets and generators. Once his shield is down. Get a shocktrooper to point blank range, while using the Edelweiss to block the guy's shots because it's immune to them.

tacolishous (11/15/2014) [-] A very unique game. Turn based strategy where you select a group of soldiers from a list and take control of them, with a limited amount of times you can do it per turn. This part's real time. Haven't found a game that does it like Valkyria Chronicles. It is from japan, and the dialogue's the typical cringe/ cliche fest but the gameplay more than makes up for it. Art style's really cool too, hard outlines with color pencil like shading to make up everything else, and completely negates the problem of its graphics not being updated from the ps3 version. Would highly recommend.
tl;dr A pretty much flawless (gameplay wise) game that's actually really unique and a real pleasure to play. Worth the price.

jazzd (10/30/2014) [-] You play as French civilians called to arms, and basically you have to stop the war with 10 people and a tank salvaged from WW1.
Also, the germans have 10 meters tall tanks with rail guns and a Goddess (the valkyrie) on her sidethat's because they did nothing wrong

Queue bad port, English voices only, no patches aaand 30 Frames per second.
Because companies doesn't seems to care anymore. Bare minimum seems to be enough these days and then we have hardcore fans defending the hell out of the game and it's feature. Stating we should be happy to even get the game.
