No, it was a deal made between Norway, Denmark and Great Britain to find territorial agreement. This was at the time when it wasn't proven oil could be submerged beneath seas, much less be extracted, so nobody thought Norway could gather any resources apart from fish.

When marching in parade, there are long breaks, where only a cadence is played, to keep everyone in step. That would be the case here. Don't get me wrong, it would be a huge dick move if he was playing while everyone else was, but the situation is a little different.

davidbowiesensei ONLINE (01/07/2015) [-] That would be Skullgirls, an indie game on Steam. It's very good actually. The character in the video is Big Band, who uses instruments for attacks. One move lets him pull out a trumpet, the player can use the directional keys and command buttons to play different notes on the trumpet. In all reality, they could've played any song in the middle of battle.

AllYourBase (01/07/2015) [-] When I got it, I originally got it off of Fuwanovel, here fuwanovel.org/novels/grisaia-no-kajitsu , but it appears that since it's going to be getting an official, licensed english localization this year, www.kickstarter.com/projects/sekaiproject/the-grisaia-trilogy-three-huge-visual-novels-for-p (from a fairly well respected group, at that,) that Fuwanovel pulled their downloads. There's a fairly brief synopsis in the first link, and more information in the second. I've got the original install package, but idk how I'd get it to you.
