To be fair, (I am not standing up for Bay) the marine vs scorpion sequence was arguably one of the best scenes of ANY of the 3 films, including a few more, but not many. I am not a big fan of the movies, but I enjoyed a whole lot of the action, and I appreciate that sometimes the extra step is needed for that bit of "authentic feeling" to the acting. Perhaps it wasn't necessary, but you can't deny it made the scene better.

Still, many accidents in movie making are usually avoidable, and happen because of things like this. Practice safety!

Honestly, if I was an actor in one of Micheal Bay's movies, I'd be disappointed if there WEREN'T potentially harmful explosions going off that I'd be forced to avoid.

As a paying moviegoer, I always like it when a film's director hates the source material it's based on. Their complete lack of enthusiasm and vision always makes for a great viewing experience...

This is the exact same reason why I didn't like Hugo Weaving. He didn't care for Megatron and was only in the movie for the money. He did a great job but it was kind of a slap to the fans. If Tyrese Gibson was willing to pay to have a role, they should have just let him direct the movie!

My loins are sopping wet for Frank Welker in the new Transformer and I would gladly go to the cinema multiple times if we get enough of him doing the iconic role.

the only reasons 2 and 3 are bad are because of the acting. But these movies some of the best effects i've seen in movies. Still pisses me off though that Jazz had to get killed off.

Bumble bee was originally a VW Beetle and Optimis was originally a Mack with a tow trailer. But hey lets not get nit picky now, shall we.

In the first trasformers movie the Deception Barricade is last seen driving down the freeway alongside Bonecrusher the mine removal truck . Barricade isn't involved in the final battle scene, and literally just disappears. The movie never mentions this. However, in the third film in a panning shot of Deceptions standing around Shockwave, Barricade can be seen just finishing his transformation from Mustang to robot. I really hope you weren't going to use this for one of the comps

that's because after Optimus kills Bonecrusher under the freeway, Barricade jumps off the top and land on Optimus's back and then he swings his cannon over his should and shoots Barricades head off. the fact that he appeared in DoTM was probably an error because they never gave him a name.

The book called Transformers: The Veiled Threat has Barricade in it.

they're my favorite band. And yes, I do agree their last couple of albums have been ****. And the new one coming out in a few days isn't looking much better but i'll be damned if i don't buy it just to have the whole collection

I listened to ATS a few times, and it actually might be one of my favorites. I haven't listened to their first two albums recently, but I know it's why I loved them in the first place.
I'm super excited for their new album. I suppose it's like a "pre-Hybrid Theory." Heavier than HT, I hear.

i also heard about the "pre-Hybrid Theory" bit. But the reason i didn't like ATS was because it was so different. I started listening to LP from Meteora because of that sound; i understand they were testing the waters and trying new ****, maybe to potentially even draw in a new crowd, but it just didnt have the same effect on me

Jazz's death wasn't really that climatic. "WANT A PIECE ME?" "No, i want two" RIP
Whilst Ironhide's was due to the betrayal of what could be thought to be their hope.
