Every fandom has fans like that and they make up the minority. The reason why you notice them more is because the dumbasses usually shout the loudest.

I know way more people that are fans of Homestuck that aren't annoying cunts about it than the other way around, and the same applies to every fandom.

no it's true. we have gotten a bad rep at cons for our behavior... but that's not the issue i run into most often, usually on here it's people who just didn't like it and disrespect the people who do....
