Also it's a tentacruel combined with a Golbat, does not Golbat count as a flying who would be weak against electric attacks, in fact you would have to count out how much of the special def it would have based on both of their defense.
Also who said I was talking about a Pikachu? I usually used another type of Pokémon who could then learn thunderbolt to have a electric attack in my team without having to be force to use an electric type Pokémon since from Gen 1-3 I never found an electric I really liked.
How the hell would you be an expert if you think this is a Tentacruel you're more like Ash who sees a common Pokémon and use the pokedex without having a clue what it's despite he's sold on them and assume I use MF Pikachu for electric attacks.

alpacalypse (12/24/2015) [-] I wouldn't recommend anyone use pikachu for anything considering its BST is lower than ******* elekid's. I just used it as a reference since its attack stats were fairly balanced and everyone knows what it is.
That being said, a thunderbolt coming off a non-electric type would be even less effective because there would be no STAB calculated.
And as for it also being a golbat, golbat's special defense is also higher than its physical defense meaning that a physical electric attack would still be a much better choice.
Call me a hack when you've won more tournaments than me.
