iTunes Version 1.0.8 Terms of Service Agreement Section 3, Paragraph 4:
'We can tie you to 2 other humans, face to rectum, and use the resultant creation to power any Apple device; up to but not limited to an iPad'

bunch of legal garbage, as you`d expect.. ranging from "we reserve the right to deny our service on any grounds we deem fit, such as:" and lists of what (basically everything) to copyrights, to what will be punished for saying, all sorts of scrap basically saying: you break this, we can take away your rights to the game (it was a game) or your account, or take legal action against you, all the stuff you`d expect

also stuff like "we can change our price whenever we deem fit"

all the boring scrap you`d expect in a TOS and i`ll never bother to read again

Don't forget "We can look at all the porn you have in that one folder... you know the one. Yeah. That one. Yeah, we can see it."

i read the SOE/everquest one not the EA one, basically all the same scrap minus the collection/use of data bit

Yeah, I deleted Origin because of that paragraph.

See, I like my privacy. No social networking, no pictures at least, not if I can help it , so on. So EA getting to look at the contents of my computer? No.

If I must, I use my phone to stay in touch, or, more likely, Steam.
User avatar #75 to #74 - exclamation (10/16/2013) [-]
Facebook seems easier. No one I'll need to communicate with has steam.
User avatar #76 to #75 - mitchr (10/16/2013) [-]
Understandable; I'm a big gamer, though, and most to all of my friends are, too, so we just hang out over steam. It works pretty well. But yeah.

I understand using social networking, and don't condemn those who do, it's just that I personally do not have nor want one. Of course, I will condemn those who parade social networking as being a social person. It isn't. Friends isn't measured in pixels and digits, it's measured in bonds and inches.

I wish ALL my friends were on Steam/

Heh, I know what you mean. The girl I like has a Steam, but not installed, and she doesn't ever really use it...
User avatar #79 to #78 - exclamation (10/16/2013) [-]
This girl I like never ******* responds. I could text her that I'm missing a ******* arm and she'd not respond immediatly...

She also recently broke up with her boyfriend... Should I be triumphant or sympathetic?
User avatar #80 to #79 - mitchr (10/16/2013) [-]
Well, if you knew the guy, sympathetic to him, and to her, both. Sympathetic in regards to her, but it opens up opportunities for you, so triumph is in there a bit.

As for the girl I like, I want to ask her out, but I have asked a sum total of one girl out before, to a movie; it took an entire year of wanting to and then on the last day of school finally summoning up the courage to do it.

Hoping it doesn't take that long this time...
User avatar #95 to #80 - exclamation (10/16/2013) [-]
I've known her for... since January.

they`ll just find a bunch of porn and games on mine

but still it's kinda pushing a bit far into the whole 'invasion of privacy' deal
User avatar #53 to #52 - mitchr (10/15/2013) [-]
Yeah, I know. But you agreed to it, so what can ya do?

Delete it. Dig up those files and delete those bitches. That's what you can do.

I don't regret it one bit.
