There's a difference between reducing light pollution and going back to the dark ages. But rather make an edgy comment, right?

Most of us probably would not survive if we all jumped straight into the Dark ages.
Alot of us are not physically capable to survive in a cold climate without the luxuries we adjusted to, many people have medical conditions that are easily treated now, but are death sentences without them.

If you mean simple as in probably not living past 30, sure, pros and cons.

Not having to go to college to get paid for a job you like doing.

Well now that's just not true. The average was 30 yes...but that factors in the infant mortality rate. If you survived infancy, you usually liked to mid 50's early 60's, longer if you have wealth. Plus surf had way more holidays and days off than the average person does today. Yea the plague ****** things up, but prior and after that life was good!

Yea, but I can love those around me, get incredibly drunk on holidays, and still **** my wife while my some 20 kids are asleep (I'd prefer less but hey). I still think life would have been pretty good.

and your wife dies giving birth to your second child because the medical science is so far below ours, you get depressed but there are no therapists to help you and you turn to alcohol, you eventually get over it but die soon after because again the medical science sucks balls

New wife and alcohol and I'll be good to go! Naw, but it's half expected at that point so there's not much shock when someone dies. Plus given the times a strong belief in the afterlife would make it a bit easier.

I'd stay warm by spoonin my wife, I wouldn't miss computers if I'd never known them, and as for the news...well it's not like today where watch because I could be hit by a nuclear warhead for one bogus cause or another. Life would be harder, but simpler. More love in it, more feeling...more boning man.
