Classic is the original mode which is harder than world.
He is one of only 6 people and the only American to ever beat tetris and ever get the rank of GrandMaster in it.

I actually managed to beat moms heart multiple times, but sadly my save died together with the HDD. I watch a lot of Northernlions Isaac videos, so I kind of know what items do and what to expect.
