I wear a simple shirt all year long, and when I'm cold, I do push-ups.

Simple. Effective. Cheap. Win all the way.

I've been doing that for nearly two years now, and oh boy if you could see my triceps

I can't imagine it ever getting really cold where you live then.

Temperatures often go under minus 3° to 6° degrees in winter, with snow and **** .

Body's ability to produce heat using muscular tension is underestimated. Just walk really rapidly for five minutes if you don't want to do push-ups, or do a couple of squat series.
Don't be a lazy **** . Your body is amazing, use its capabilities.

You have a point indeed.

If temperatures one day go under -15°C I can pretty much consider myself dead.
