not really. the manga just goes through all the generations with changing protagonists. I think they have a child after the arc which is about the first season.
no there are a dozen different pokemon mangas by different mangakas. Pokemon Special (aka Pokemon Adventures) is the one that changes protagonists every season but Jessi and James weren't in that
Ehh, technically Pokemon Special doesn't just change protagonists, it adds more. The original protagonists were still around by the point I read up to (ch. 250'ish I think?)
I seem to remember an entire episode of James going out of his way to avoid marrying Jessiebelle and disappointing his incredibly wealthy and powerful parents in the process.
I love seeing when Jessie and James manage to get along with Ash and his friends
Even if they are enemies they still show the same amount love for pokemon and are easily willing to work together if needed in order to protect everyone
During all the times Ash had ever entered a league instead of trying some sorta scheme to steal pokemon they just end up selling hotdogs and other junk as a way to get in and cheer him on during his matches
It's like what Zangief said in Wreck it Ralph "You are bad guy but this does not mean you are bad guy"
_ The enemy of my enemy is my friend. _
Something this series made it completely ******* clear for me. A whole group wanting to exploit Pokemon in that bad way and want to take away that kid's ******* Pikachu? Nah, man, that kid is the enemy of my enemy. (Can't recall exactly but there was an episode/movie I saw when I was a kid with the Pokemon being sold for slavery or some **** like that). And Team Rocket help them and work together then continue to be opponents rather then enemies.
Man, this show ran so ******* deep.
Pretty sure James threw his billions of dollars in the trash because having a strict routine to follow by from his parents wasn't his thing. Also James isn't into BDSM like Jessibelle is.
Be that as it may this just further proves James is secretly gay.
