Been married 20 years, but I still

Whenever I face difficulties in life,

People change, my dad rushed into a marriage when he was young and had a baby and then another, then they had another one on accident which I learned recently (Thanks for putting that picture in my head, mom.), he was kind of stuck because he didn't want his kids to be raised in a broken home. They eventually separated, though and then he met my mom. That bitch he married back then is now a fat, disgusting white trash who smokes 2 packs a day and she has lent a **** ton of money in one of my half sisters' name by convincing her that she would pay back later. She didn't and now my sister is in massive debt thanks to that cunt. She was the only one who still cared for her, but now she doesn't speak to her anymore.

Pretty sure theres a law somewhere that says that if someone takes out money in your name without your consent you can have the creditors put the debt on the cunt.

Maybe see if you can take her to talk to a lawyer

The problem is that it was with consent, she trusted that she would pay back, but she didn't. They tried to get help at the bank, but there wasn't anything they could do.

A lawyer might be able to plea on her behalf that she was forced into it, it doesn't sound like she was very willing in the first place.
