Doesn't Lex have photographic memory though?
User avatar #25 to #24 - darthblam (11/19/2013) [-]
Not when you're in the Flash's brain, I think...
User avatar #27 to #25 - dyllygaf (11/19/2013) [-]
But wouldn't whatever he learned while in the flash's body be transferred back to him once he went back to his own body therefore being stuck in his photographic memory?
User avatar #30 to #27 - vatra (11/19/2013) [-]
So he'd be stuck with a fuzzy half memory of a ginger guy's appearance that he couldn't get rid of?
User avatar #31 to #30 - dyllygaf (11/19/2013) [-]
Better than nothing, I bet there aren't THAT many gingers in Metropolis City
User avatar #32 to #31 - vatra (11/19/2013) [-]
As valid of a point as that is, there would need to be some sort of log of gingers in Metropolis City for that to be truly useful. And even if there were, the Justice League would get pretty suspicious If Luthor started checking every ginger.
User avatar #33 to #32 - dyllygaf (11/19/2013) [-]
Isn't Luthor one of the most powerful people (business wise) in Metropolis though? I'm sure he would be able to call in a favor or two or bribe someone to get that information discretely
I'm looking way to much into this
User avatar #34 to #33 - vatra (11/19/2013) [-]
That kind of list would eventually reach beyond the realm of discretion. Granted only the Flash might be sure why it is being compiled but still.
User avatar #35 to #34 - dyllygaf (11/19/2013) [-]
Haha yeah, true
"Guys, we REALLY need to stop Luthor from getting that list of gingers"
"No real reason"
User avatar #57 to #35 - vatra (11/20/2013) [-]
Hahaha yeah that would be funny.
User avatar #70 to #57 - lordgeneral (11/20/2013) [-]
ran out of room. I get what you're saying though, aside from the times when banner and hulk came together as one
User avatar #71 to #70 - vatra (11/20/2013) [-]
Yeah, there was a while there where it was really one personality, (A wilder version of Banner) But I think they decided that was too overpowered so a story was written to remove his perfect control.
User avatar #72 to #71 - lordgeneral (11/20/2013) [-]
don't forget professor hulk
User avatar #36 to #35 - lordgeneral (11/19/2013) [-]
you guys haven't even taken into account that flash isn't a citizen of metropolis
User avatar #58 to #36 - vatra (11/20/2013) [-]
To be honest I'm not much a fan of the flash so I wasn't aware of that lol.
User avatar #59 to #58 - lordgeneral (11/20/2013) [-]
flash is statistically the best dc hero. pleb
User avatar #61 to #59 - vatra (11/20/2013) [-]
Which is worlds below the lowest Marvel hero.
#62 to #61 - lordgeneral (11/20/2013) [-]
as someone who adores marvel over DC, I can attest to that somewhat. Flash is in my top three heroes, number two being iron man and number one being doctor strange.

there's going to be both a flash movie and a dr.strange movie before 2015!!!
User avatar #63 to #62 - vatra (11/20/2013) [-]
Awesome. I hadn't heard of the Doctor Strange one! My favorite is the Hulk, followed by Iron Man, followed by Shadow Cat (I know she isn't an official hero, but dang it she is number three nonetheless!)
User avatar #64 to #63 - lordgeneral (11/20/2013) [-]
for superhero video games, I'd love to see a well done dr.strange. the ability to pretty much do anything via magic would be beast as ****
User avatar #65 to #64 - vatra (11/20/2013) [-]
I have a feeling that would end up being one of those games where parts of your abilities are always blocked off purely because the game wants you to solve things in the way they designed.
User avatar #66 to #65 - lordgeneral (11/20/2013) [-]
if it's an origin story, that makes perfect sense. he didn't start out as the sorcerer supreme, he earned it. He's one of the few superheros that actually were humbled and earned their powers.
User avatar #67 to #66 - vatra (11/20/2013) [-]
That's true, I have better hopes for something like that than I originally did.

I like the Hulk because his "ability" is about self control, if he can't control himself he could hurt those he cares about. So eventually he has to learn to control himself even under the most intense emotional situations. Not to mention he has the best of both worlds, an excellent well used brain, and the fighting equivalent of a nuclear bomb.
User avatar #68 to #67 - lordgeneral (11/20/2013) [-]
"a" nuclear bomb. I'd have to find it again but years ago, I found this chart that was hero abilities measured by nuclear damage. 'calm' hulk was 4 megatons
User avatar #69 to #68 - vatra (11/20/2013) [-]
Hahaha fair enough!
User avatar #37 to #36 - dyllygaf (11/19/2013) [-]
......This is also true

I don't know all that much about them, I'm actually kinda just starting to get into the comics
User avatar #38 to #37 - lordgeneral (11/19/2013) [-]
that's perfectly alright. I prefer marvel myself
User avatar #39 to #38 - dyllygaf (11/19/2013) [-]
Ahhh, I'm more of a DC fan, I just recently started picking up the Flashpoint comics from the local book store

But I still love Marvel too, I want to get into those comics too eventually

welcome to a wonderous world.

no i think those memories stay with flash i kinda just hurt my brain trying to think about this
User avatar #60 to #28 - lordgeneral (11/20/2013) [-]
eideticism is caused by the brain, so you're right
User avatar #29 to #28 - dyllygaf (11/19/2013) [-]
I know me too... But his memories from Luthor's body got transferred to the Flash's body and back, that's the only reason I thought maybe the same would happen with what he learned in the Flash's body @_@
User avatar #26 to #25 - rynkar (11/19/2013) [-]
Huh, that is oddly a good point.
