For top id use garen,cho'gath,and mundo. All are tanky and havr easy kits
For a midlaner id recommend annie because of her easy kit and easy last hitting
For adc, though you generally want to stay away from adc I'd recommend someone with an escape maybe like lucian or Caitlyn but you do need to abuse your passive to do a lot of damage with them
For support I'd recommend sona because of her healing and generally easy kit.
For jungle id recommend mundo,jarvan 4, and cho'gath can also go jungle.
For jarvan 4 and cho'gath id recommend starting the frog like thing, doing the blue buff, then going straight to red buff. Also start machete and health potions because it will help more early.
For mundo start at the two rocky monsters, go to red buff then all the way to blue buff. I'd recommend starting talisman and health pots there.
Don't forget to switch to the red trinket, buy a pink ward and buy your smite of choice (for tanky junglers like the ones i listed id recommend the trackers knife, or red smite so you have better chance of dueling someone.
For general ADC tips id stay behind your team and kill whoever is in front. Your job as adc is to stay alive and deal the damage.
For a midlaner like annie your job is to charge up your stun then to flash in and stun some of their team with your ultimate. Now if you're someone like ahri your job is to make picks before the fight but id recommend sticking with annie until youre proficient in her and feel confident.
For the tank champions id recommend just building health,armor, magic resist and tenacity. Your job is to be the frontline and to soak up the damage.
For last hitting id recommend just keeping at it for a while. If they are low kill the minion. Dont stand and auto attack because that will push the wave. I would recommend pushing if they are not there. Push to their tower and leave.
Always ward. Wards win games. Vision is super important so you dont die to their ebemy junglers gank. If its someone like rengar who can stealth id recommend buying a pink so you don't get caught out.

Biggest tip, is don't die. And do not feed at all. Play it safe if you suck and only go in when you can nail a couple hits and get out without taking more damage than you gave. Every champ is different obviously so learn the strong points. If you like a champ and want to get better at them, watch a few matches on youtube and practice.

You're not going to instantly get good and it's going to take time for you to even feel comfortable with any champion. It did for me at least, but you'll start to get it as you play more. Practice practice practice.
The best thing you can do right now is just test and try out as many champions as you can to both find one you like and to familiarize yourself with them. To play against champions you need to know what they can do so you know how to fight against them. You're probably still playing bots which is good, but once you get to level 15 you should probably start trying some PVP games. Bots can only teach you so much. Don't be afraid, the matchmaking system isn't going to put you against super high level players. Everyone on your team and the enemy team is going to be around the same skill level.
Jinx is a good start for bot lane marksmen (or ADC as it's usually called for Attack Damage Carry as they build attack damage you they are heavily needed by your team to "carry" games.) because she's free at lower levels. Caitlyn is probably the easiest ADC though as she has long range and can use her E to escape.
Mid is tricky, the easiest one I can think of is Cho'Gath. He is tanky and whenever he kills a minion he gains some health and mana back so even if you make a mistake you can heal damage back easily. He is slow though so if you get in trouble you're going to probably die. If you want someone that does more damage I know Lux is free at lower levels while she isn't the easiest to master her skills are simple and she's fun to play.
Top lane is usually where tanks go to play. The easiest one is Tryndamere because he does insane damage and his ult is legit "I can't die for 10 seconds". Mundo is incredibly strong right now aswell he's also very tanky. Darius is another good suggestion, he does tons of damage but can also get very tanky. He's simple to use once you know what he does.
Support isn't a fun role, but it's a good role to play if you don't wanna worry too much about your team relying on you in the later sections of the game. You go bot lane and support your teams AD carry. You heal them, poke enemy champions for them, and you save them at any cost. They need you. Sona is a very easy support to play and I highly recommend her for beginners. She can do a ton of damage and heal any damage she takes. Soraka is also incredibly easy, just heal heal heal. She's boring though as you have to stay back and be careful.

Instead of going into a lane you farm the neutral jungle monsters on your side of the map and then you "gank" (ambush the enemy in one of the lanes) for your teammates and help them get kills. Look for a champ you love. Find guides that match the champ. Learn what every lane is seposed to do and Why it is that they do that. It has something to do with "the meta". Don't look at streamers. You'll only pickup an unrealistc way of playing the game.alt left click on the map--> go back | ctrl click on the map --> go there. look at the ctrl and alt drag aswell ( assist/go back etc. )

As you might suspect. Some champs are better versus other champs because of easy reasons. Leblanc will oneshot a teemo in a typical 1 vs 1 scenario. Then learn about the different aspect about the game. Why fight the 10/0 guy at top when they're over there with 5 man when you can just run botlane and take their tower instead? They'll see that and send people over. Then you just walk away and their possition at top is weakened.
Also learn how to play with smartcast once you've reached a level that you're comfortable with. It'll feel wierd at first and you'll make some mistakes. But your reaction time will win you games.
Press tab every time you start a game. And when you've spotted all of them ( jungler maybe not ). See what they bought. AD items or AP items. If you need a defensive item look at who's most fed or what the team concists off to begin with. If they're full AD just stack armour as a tank.
The guy below you said to pick jinx as an easy adc. My prefered advice is to stay the f away from ADC to begin with. And if you have to Ashe. Jinx has to much switching on her Q to be efective, to much skillshots too.

Minions are easier gold source and having I think around 15 is about the same as a kill so it's important for staple income. Kills are good too and some champions you may what to kill whenever possible but you'll figure those out in time.
2nd one is try the best not to die. Enemy with low health out of reach running into their jungle? Don't chase it. Low health under turret? Don't dive it, wait for your minions to come take the turret attention and then attempt to kill them quickly (take their CC into consideration when doing it). Low health enemy seemingly more aggressive even with you winning? Be cautious, they probably have an ally nearby waiting.
Basically be cautious and try to take the least risky option possible. When you get better at assessing your situation quickly you'll be better at deciding when you want to attempt something. Again kills are good, but deaths aren't.
Maximizing your CS and minimizing your deaths are very basic but vital ways to improve. This only concerns lanes though, jungling while you might not want to die isn't about maxing farm out.
I don't have any good suggestions in mind but buying all the 450 should be easy enough, try a few games with each and you can see what you like more, you're the best reference for a good fit.
