We aren't equal get over it...
User avatar #40 to #36 - certifiedidiot ONLINE (11/24/2013) [-]
We aren't all created the same, but we owe it to people to judge an individual by their character, if we want to live in our society in peace.
#54 to #40 - anonymous (11/25/2013) [-]
lol found the ******
User avatar #35 - mrgryndor (11/24/2013) [-]
The tactic to not get caught by the police is to find a new identity, this ***** sure is dumb.
User avatar #39 to #35 - fiftytwofruitcakes (11/24/2013) [-]
^^Quite possibly the dumbest comment I've seen today, which is saying something on funnyjunk.
User avatar #46 to #39 - mrgryndor (11/24/2013) [-]
nah i think its dumber to sell ********* at the same spot even though the police knows about it . Guy is smart for not getting sentenced yet.
#56 to #46 - broorb (11/25/2013) [-]
where's it say he sold ********* ? did you assume that cos he's...?
User avatar #57 to #56 - fiftytwofruitcakes (11/25/2013) [-]
I'm gonna ignore the ********* part and just say that the fact that you think he's dumb for not "finding a new identity" is ******* silly.

ZIMMERMAN MODE ACTIVATE
User avatar #31 - toncheky ONLINE (11/24/2013) [-]
How many times was he stopped, searched, jailed or arrested?
#28 - anonymous (11/24/2013) [-]
noooooo
User avatar #26 - andriod (11/24/2013) [-]
There is a interesting story behind this.

20 bucks he was sleeping with the police chiefs wife.
User avatar #17 - coolcman (11/24/2013) [-]
Couldn't he just put on a uniform and the police would stop bothering him?
#18 to #17 - anonymous (11/24/2013) [-]
It's a Southern police precinct, so there's no point until he can figure out how to un-melanin his skin.
User avatar #16 - KEpToK (11/24/2013) [-]
Man thats terrible, but I wish they would tell me how many times they stopped him.
#29 to #16 - chapperz (11/24/2013) [-]
257 times I believe
User avatar #42 to #29 - CupcakeMaster (11/24/2013) [-]
It was clearly 259 asshat.
#15 - efitjd (11/24/2013) [-]
I get the story, but all i see is how he was stopped 258 times, written over and over again, god damn. Like I didn't get it the first time, and I couldn't go back to read what it said. lol
#14 - kanedam ONLINE (11/24/2013) [-]
he let it happen so often...?

i mean... after so many times the police must know who he is! seriously... i think maybe its something personal.
he should really sue the cops... i mean, come on!
#20 to #14 - firesky (11/24/2013) [-]
If he resisted he'd probably gotten jailed for civil disorder
#22 to #20 - kanedam ONLINE (11/24/2013) [-]
i dont mean resisting. and i dont want to put the blame on him.
i'm just saying that after (the most!) twenty or thirty times i would file a complaint, or even go to a lawyer
#23 to #22 - firesky (11/24/2013) [-]
Maybe he can't afford one and didn't want to cause any troubles. If some cops (not all) have you on their black list they can make your life living hell.

I more likely ask myself how they didn't knew him after some time. I doubt there were more than 200 different cops monitoring that shop the past 4 years.
#24 to #23 - kanedam ONLINE (11/24/2013) [-]
dont you get a free lawyer for such causes? and its free to file complains (at least where i'm from) in such cases.
also, i wouldnt give a **** if i caused trouble if they picked on me for no reason!

thats exactly what i think too. the cops had to know him already. so there has to be some more to the story than just racism. it was more of a personal thing i'd assume.
#33 to #24 - amuzen (11/24/2013) [-]
I know you get a free lawyer if someone accuses you of a crime and you cant afford one but I don't think you get one for suing people.
#38 to #33 - kanedam ONLINE (11/24/2013) [-]
well, its not for sueing people.
its for a case against governmental instances. so there is (at least where i am from) a way to make sure citizens dont get ****** by the authority
User avatar #6 - respectyourmom (11/24/2013) [-]
so how about getting a public defender to take this OBVIOUS harassment case to court to prevent the police from stopping you every single day? and btw... i smell ******** because i know a few cops and they know most everyone on their beat... esp if they have stopped that person almost 300 times. i seriously doubt that the cops would waste their time stopping the SAME person almost 300 times for the same thing.
User avatar #7 to #6 - unusualember (11/24/2013) [-]
Unless, you know, those cops are actually being racist.
User avatar #8 to #7 - respectyourmom (11/24/2013) [-]
i agree that some cops are racist... SOME.... NOT ALL. SOME. so why would they consistently stop the same person over and over again? esp if they KNOW he works at that store? and furthermore why wouldnt the store owner do anything about the constant harassment of their employee. this sounds like a load of horse cock bull **** to me
#13 to #8 - quiescat (11/24/2013) [-]
i would have to look up more about the town in question before i would call ******** . this is Florida your trying to use logic for a place that pumps **** up hill, just saying
User avatar #9 to #8 - unusualember (11/24/2013) [-]
Yes, I understand that not all cops are racist. But one cannot make blanket assumptions about an entire group of people. It's a case by case thing.

And I don't know about the store owner. Maybe their racist too, or maybe they just feared getting in over their head in some serious **** if they did anything. "best to not get involved" is most people's thought process when something like this starts happening.
User avatar #10 to #9 - respectyourmom (11/24/2013) [-]
if the store owner was racist then why did he hire a ****** ? just sayin...
User avatar #11 to #10 - unusualember (11/24/2013) [-]
Oh yeah, that actually does make sense. So I guess we can disregard that theory.
#5 - awec (11/24/2013) [-]
He let them stop him 258 times before pressing charges?
#21 to #5 - tasomo (11/24/2013) [-]
It's not just Florida, it's Miami. I don't think people truly grasp how absolutely ****** up Miami is. Sure there's a ton of "Florida Man" stories, but Miami is an unrepentant cesspool of humanity. It's like LA in that the cops can do pretty much anything so long as the rich people aren't hurt.

Say, did I ever tell you the definition of insanity?

User avatar #19 to #1 - admiralen (11/24/2013) [-]
its a pretty stupid definition considering that there will ALWAYS be a different result, it might not change much, but something will always be different

Did I ever tell you the definition of insanity?
User avatar #45 to #37 - certifiedidiot ONLINE (11/24/2013) [-]
It's a ******* **** definition.

Breathing would be insanity, masturbation would be insanity, blinking would be insanity, farting, ******** , walking, sitting, sleeping, talking.

It's a **** definition that applies to too much unrelated ******** .
#49 to #45 - daix (11/24/2013) [-]
Well who's to say that all that stuff isn't insane? Insanely awesome.

User avatar #50 to #49 - certifiedidiot ONLINE (11/24/2013) [-]
It'd basically make insanity lose ALL meaning and we'd have to come up with a new word for the strongly mentally ill which will then get the same ****** definition and then the cycle repeats.
User avatar #51 to #50 - daix (11/24/2013) [-]
We could call them mental. Or crazy. Which we do now.
User avatar #52 to #51 - certifiedidiot ONLINE (11/24/2013) [-]

Deranged, psychotic, of unsound mind, demented. They are other terms. Insane just sums it pretty damn well.
