From what i remember half of the "crimes" were just conspiracy to commit blank.

its called "public disturbance" and "running away to avoid punhsiment", and in some cases, "sabotage"

Well, I don't know about the more modern scooby doo shows, but the original show had a lot if not most of the arrested capers were either doing stuff that were illegal/against the law, or already criminals. I think you could argue disturbing the peace, public endangerment, attempted kidnapping (in alot of cases), attempted assault, theft (in some cases), etc. That is plenty enough to be justifiably arrested.

i always thought that the people in scooby doo team were retarded.

NO, WAIT, ILL EXPLAIN.

episode after episode, these guys ran away from "monsters" which ALWAYS were just criminals in a costume, i mean come on, they never learned and always ran away in fear until they somehow catched the "monster".

that stuff really rustled my jimmies.

>MFW every episode after the first one

Yeah, sometimes entertaining a target demographic really gets in the way of solving crimes.

Well you also have to realize they were teenagers, even if they knew it was a criminal would you want to just run up to him or catch him in a way where he wasn't gona **** you up or hurt one of your friends?
