Well done, justinacase! You have foiled my first riddle!

But here's another to answer before your comment can earn a thumb from me:

A man by the name of George lives inside an old hotel building on the 12th floor. He does the following things:

On a normal, sunny day, whenever he is by himself on the elevator, he goes up to the 7th floor and walks up the rest of the way. However, if there are other people in the elevator with him OR it is raining outside, he goes up to the 12th floor.

What is the reason for such weird behavior?

A-ha! Well done thephunnyman! Well done! But you answered someone else's riddle! And we can't certainly have that, now can we?

Still, you deserve a thumb and another chance to foil me again:

Hmmm... You have answered both of my riddles I have just asked. For that, you deserve thumbs. But are the riddles over?

An old man passed away and left his sons an inheritance worth millions. All they had to do was to fill up a room completely with a small budget of coins. The first son bought lots of hay, but didn't fill the room; the second son bought sticks, but did not fill the room either. The third son, using these 2 objects, filled the room completely and won the inheritance.

What were these objects?

But here is a riddle for you, a riddle for The Riddler to chew.

I have crossed the dimensions, I am many worlds,
I am more than that of the mind and more than that of words.
When parts of me die; only a part of you endure,
I bring such feared closure.
I can be seen with both outer and inner eye,
And I never really die,
But for the grand question: What am I?
