Don't actually do this to dogs, I can't remember the exact reason, but it has to do with the way they cool their bodies. If you feed your dog ice cubes and such often you might end up having to bring them to the hospital so pls no

Dogs are warm blooded no? They can regulate their body temperature and not die. You would kill a turtle or some other cold blooded thing perhaps but I doubt a dog would.
Why do you have to be rude? Okay I got something incorrect, sorry, I just was hoping that if it was true(what I said) that nobody would hurt their dogs.
The reason you're thinking of said that it could cause their stomachs to contract at the sudden shock of cold and bloat due to the gases building up inside. I remember seeing it too, just don't know how true that is.
That's actually a rumor that went around I can't remember how long ago.
Giving ice to your dogs is only harmful because it can be a choking hazard, but giving dogs an appropriate size of ice is perfectly safe. You can even treat them as a nice summer treat by freezing favorite edibles and toys in blocks of ice for them to attempt to get out like zoo animals.
Also make sure they aren't deeply frozen or like in the video they could get their tongue (or face) stuck to it and hurt themselves trying to get it off.
Shaving the hair of a double coated breed on the other hand can **** with their natural cooling system so that is generally advised against.
