Am I the only one who's curious to see how the mentally-handicapped bunny looks like?

From the description I'd say it was this smug cunt.

Can't figure out how it wrecked his **** though, Diggersby is such a waste of space.
User avatar #131 to #6 - goochmaster (10/17/2013) [-]
He gets a hidden ability called Huge Power, which doubles his attack stat

Don't you ******* dare talk about Diggersby that way.

Hidden Ability is Huge Power.

I trained my Diggersby in Defense and Attack. He wrecks anyones **** . He's pretty much my cleanup crew when Tyrantrum faints.

He did that ev training thing or whatever those tryhard pokemon players talk about.

EV training honestly isn't that difficult in the new pokemon. It's also kinda fun, they put in this mini game called super training that allows you to EV train stats.

I EV trained the **** out of my level 10 Axew last night and fully trained it to max out it's attack stat, and then 50/50 defense and speed, and now I'm going to train it up to level 100, breed it with my other level 100 Haxorus from Black and start the process all over and create the ULTIMATE HAXORUS!

Also did you know the pokemon center tells you happy birthday on your birthday? It was my birthday yesterday and it tripped me out when I walked into the pokemon center and the lights were off and then they all yelled Happy Birthday lol

I don't know enough about breeding and IV's and all that **** . I'm starting to learn more about it because it's more fun to me now. But it seems like so much is just an annoying grind to get the perfect baby pokemon.

Well, the main reason I'm doing it is because I've had my other Haxorus for a long time now and it's one of my favorite pokemon, so I want to level up this new axew and breed it and make the best Haxorus I can make

That just happened to me a few hours ago and it was the best 21st birthday gift I could have gotten!

Not really, but it was still pretty sweet.
User avatar #85 to #83 - dyllygaf (10/17/2013) [-]
Well Happy Birthday! I just turned 22 yesterday

Thanks man! Happy birthday to you too!

I will never bother with it as I will always only casually play pokemon.
#40 to #14 - anon (10/16/2013) [-]
Dude it's not even that hard just because you're a casual player doesn't mean you can't do it

the super training actually makes it more fun than ever now

I never EV trained before XY, but the mini game was actually fun and it was making them stronger to do so. I didn't see it as being too far from being casual. It's certainly nothing like finding a specific pokemon and grinding it to the end of time.
#64 to #15 - yipkendu (10/17/2013) [-]
Thank GOD they put that in.

Now I just wish it wasn't so imbalanced. I can understand Legendaries, but every other Pokemon should be able to match up against each other. I wouldn't even care about grinding EVs, IVs and Items if I could use ANY Pokemon i like and still be competitive.
#71 to #64 - anon (10/17/2013) [-]
I've heard that the EV training in XY is almost too powerful and kind of wrecks the game in the way that you can play mini-games for 5 minutes and then go and destroy a gym leader without trying. But I guess there's also an option to turn off the stat bonuses the mini-games give you?(Don't quote me I don't actually own the game) So you don't have to battle with the bonuses if you don't want
User avatar #94 to #71 - shadowlordxx (10/17/2013) [-]
EV training in no way shows instant results. taking the time to fully max out your EVs with the mini games will not make a pokemon stronger at that moment in any way. it's like a long term investment. you are setting up how their stats will grow as they level up. Gyms are still tough, you just need to bring the right team.

It really takes a while to fully EV train a pokemon in X/Y, it took me at least 5 hours to do it to my Axew
