i lost 2 kilos since I started this challange, however I had to stop running after two weeks because of pain in calfs, also I am stornger that I was at the beginning of this challenge. Moreover, I would be happy if we had a lifting boad where we could share our progress or help others.

i'll be honest i stopped when i had to start studying for my flying aptitude tests but i did start running and managed to pass my fitness test with flying colours thanks to this whole thing spurring me into motion

Can't say I'm too happy, was certainly hoping for more
I do notice I'm a lot stronger, especially my core (abs/back/chest), and that im not just a sack of bones anymore. It's certainly a good start
Also notice my shoulders are kinda weird, they've been weird this whole month, with bad pains and cracking. I'm seeing a doctor about it soon.
Also sorry Istartedthewar for not putting the images together but I'm retarded Plz no puncherino

better then before but I was hoping for more gains, mainly looks like I just lost a bit of fat. All in all it was fun to give myself a goal and to join a gym.
