So, I legit don't know.
Aren't most muzzles removable? Or is that only certain guns?
When I was in Afghan, someone donated my entire platoon flash suppressors, and we just unscrewed the old muzzle and screwed the suppressors on. I would think most rifle/carbiness would be capable of that?

Pic related: My old M4 with a flash suppressor. We got stuck in a raining sandstorm... was pretty upset how filthy my M4 got.

I think a lot of weapons now are designed with the muzzles threaded on. A think most of them come standard with a flash hider/compensator of some sort, but have threads to serve the sake of modularity, so as not to have several different models of a single weapon exist so that each one can have minor differences (in this case, suppressed, or compensated). But I'm just speculating I don't actually know.
