angrybacteria (01/11/2016) [-] Unfortunately not, I just found it on DeviantArt. The artist specializes in graffiti and stencils so I think its meant to be used with spray paint. I have a long-running sci-fi tabletop game that includes an empire of totalitarian penguins so I like to keep the image on hand.

People pilot gigantic war machines called "Objects" in the future and every other tool of war (jets, tanks, footsoldiers) become obsolete, until those two stooges in the posted vid start taking them down on foot.
