Oh ho ho its funny because they are constantly being Badgered by people and because the badge holds the same amount of real life importance as this badge.
#67 to #61 - skiskate (12/09/2013) [-]
Or maybe the word badger sounds like badge

Or maybe. Get this. Maybe. Just maybe. Just with a sliver of maybe. He was being sarcastic.

Dude I live in Washington! Except I had no idea there was a place called Eatonville.
User avatar #31 to #21 - buttinspecter (12/09/2013) [-]
Here's a weird place I've been to. Look up Elbe. Population: 29. As soon as you drive in, you're driving along a train that's been turned into an inn called The Hobo Inn. It's several cars long, but as soon as you pass all of them, you're already out of the town.
User avatar #34 to #21 - thegamerslife (12/09/2013) [-]
I had no idea either. just like you probably have never heard of Longview or Castle rock, and never in your life heard of toutle. you could live just 100 miles away and never know about these random ass towns. lmao. Still love this state though. our senators...not so much.

User avatar #44 to #43 - BubsyB (12/09/2013) [-]
I was serious so it's okay, and never really, I'm guessing he's aged alot between then and this photo though, right?
#45 to #44 - OsamaBinLadenz (12/09/2013) [-]
Oh yeah. That 70's Show was on TV in the 90's. He played as Leo (This guy right here)
User avatar #46 to #45 - OsamaBinLadenz (12/09/2013) [-]
For reference, he was 60 years old when That 70's Show first aired, and he's 75 now.
#54 to #46 - anon (12/09/2013) [-]
You remember him from That 70's show.....He is Chong from "Cheech and Chong" wtf is wrong with you guys?
User avatar #68 to #54 - OsamaBinLadenz (12/09/2013) [-]
I was going to list Cheech and Chong, actually. It's just that I never really got into Cheech and Chong.
User avatar #69 to #68 - OsamaBinLadenz (12/09/2013) [-]
Besides, if you don't remember a Tommy Chong after seeing a picture of him, odds are you don't know what Cheech and Chong is.

Ah, I remember now. Boy he really has changed!

pretty sure you could've taken their picture without their permission. What're they gonna do? Chase you down the street and beat you with their 'peace' sign?

It's just nice to ask to take a picture first

Hell, I have a picture of a girl dressed up as a cow and a guy dressed up as a gorilla riding a longboard ordering donuts, but I asked to take the picture first and they were absolutely delighted

good for them just standing there doing nothing, they sure deserve to be famous for doing nothing. And i'm sure you have the power to make them famous with this, a picture of them doing nothing. Great job, you should be commended for your valiant effort of making two dudes doing nothing famous
User avatar #78 to #11 - Lambda (12/09/2013) [-]
I like that they haven't forgotten, though. Seems that most people, they'll fight for a cause for a little while and then if they don't make much headway they seem to forget about it and let it fade away. But after all this time these guys are still sticking up for what they believe is right.

#56 to #11 - xxholycownipplesxx (12/09/2013) [-]
They're not doing anything? Maybe they're not contributing anything _physical__ but man, they're spreading the optimistic vibes. Positive anything creates a positive atmosphere, they're showing the minority belief, like the authentic "hippies" or peace goers did in the 60s & 70s, they tried creating a peaceful society but asshats of the public squashed all hope of peace.

Peace.
Never trust the man, man

User avatar #136 - notguitaraddict (12/09/2013) [-]
you know, it's cool and all that they're promoting the message of peace but
it'd be even cooler
if they actually went out and DID SOMETHING to bring down violence
User avatar #145 to #136 - mrtrixreturned (12/09/2013) [-]
What could they possibly do ?
User avatar #148 to #145 - notguitaraddict (12/09/2013) [-]
start an official campaign to fund police forces in crime ridden areas, etc.

honestly there's a lot more they could be doing than standing on the corner all day. My point is that they're not doing anything to actually combat violence.
User avatar #173 to #148 - weightedtemp (12/09/2013) [-]
To me, it's not about more police, more restriction, more regulation. That won't stop violence, it'll just provide consequences for it. The only way to stop violence is to change the people, and these guys are doing their part for their town to keep peace and love in the front of everyone's mind
User avatar #209 to #173 - notguitaraddict (12/10/2013) [-]
