I know a guy like this but he's a Muslim. Every time I see him it's "Yo man, you got that $__ you owe me?"

I've literally never borrowed money from him. Or anything for that matter.

He also harasses my dealer to give him better deals on pot than anyone else he sells to.

Yup a muslim Barely though, kinda just Muslim parents then this guy did family stuff but otherwise was pretty much 100% British raised atheist friend of my dad went to an up-market store (UK - "John Lewis" - not crazy up-market but mostly older/middle class types) with him because my dad is into his photography so wanted to look at the cameras.

Dad has never been more excruciatingly embarrassed in his life, when the guy decided on a camera he called over an assistant and tried to barter, the guy was like "it's just retail I'm afraid" (i.e. it's not a ******* market stall mate) so he kept trying every angle
"here, here look at this, it's £25 less on this online store"
"sorry sir we do not price match with online stores, only outlets"
"Cmon I know there is wiggle room"
"Afraid not"
"Could you get your manager"
Manager comes, same crap for 15 minutes, my dads basically been stood there for 25 minutes and basically says he'll go browse elsewhere while he finishes trying to get a £1500 camera ($2000?) reduced by 2% for 6 years.

Finally, after ******* forever, the manager on the phone to his own manager, they take something like £15 off the price, smug smirk to my dad (who's returned in amazement to see him still talking with them) basically saying "see, if you do it right you will get some off" yea no **** , if you are an average earner in the UK an hour of your time is probably worth £15-30, multiply that by the store managers hourly rate, the assistants rate, it is probably likely that talking ******* **** for an hour is going to be worth sacrificing £15 rather than wasting about £50-100 of people's time.

Then - in utter cataclysmic sketch show style, he then says he wants a lens for the camera, looking at another £600 - he picks one and guess what... he realises, through sheer amazing ability and insight, through amazing skills and being much more intelligent than the average person, and certainly the store, he just about begins to barter for that... they literally call security and say we wont budge an inch on the price so take it at the tag price or go before waste any more time.

I vaguely recall my dad saying he wrote to complain about security being called later and got a £20 voucher and an apology.

Absolute ******* shameless burden of a human being... if I won the lottery I'd hire people to ruin their day in any way they could within the law "what... it's legal isn't it" - He's the personification of "not touching - can't get mad"

And this is why we hope you never win the library. What would you accomplish by ruining his day?

You wouldn't make him haggle any less. You wouldn't make him less of a douche. You'd just be wasting money on being a douche that you could have spent making yourself, or somebody else, happy. You could go find that employee he caused trouble for and give him money. You could donate it. You could buy something nice for yourself with it. Instead, you'd spend it just so you can be a douche to a douche.

If one includes combatants and civilian casualties from wwii and the subsequent proxy wars fought between russia and the us using nazi technology he had his researchers working on such as jets and missiles, then technically hitler did cause at least 50 million deaths over the course of seven decades.

But with that logic, we could credit William the Conqueror for the Industrial revolution, and Jesus for the Holocaust.
