I don't exercise to look a certain way, I just did it because my doc suggested that it'd help me out a little with my anxiety/depression(and it helped me a lot).

my family had a bunch of exercise machines at home(that are never used) and still pay for a monthly membership to go to a gym with teh same equipment for some reason.

There's only like one adjustable heavy weight for lifting, but I most work with the cardio machines anyway.

Exercise helps your mood a lot so you'll be wanting to go back pretty much every weekday. The hardest part is getting your ass up to do it in the first place. Just fight through it bro, and eat lots of peanut butter, it'll help your energy.

Don;'t think about it and just start walking (and don't think about it, like shut your brain off) and once your at the gym it's kind of like "Well, I'm already here, might as well lift some weights" and once you get going, your blood starts flowing and then it becomes a lot easier(also once it becomes a habit (eg doing it for a couple months straight ) definitely helps.
