Did you at least get a phone number OP.

Bahahaha, yes I did after she thanked me for staying there through the stitches. But I might have misplaced it before I fell asleep, lol.

You stayed there through her getting stitches? Man that's basically a first date. You need to find that number.

It does sound like one of those romantic movie things, but I was kinda falling asleep and I'm used to being with pasients sometimes during things like that, SO. Yeah man I'll see if I can find her number.

Dude i think i need more details on the being there with stitches cause in my mind it's movie magic. The doctor finishes stitching her up leaves the room saying "you only have 5 minutes before no more visitors besides family" as he disappears into the darkened hallway. You look down at her still tired after your shift wondering what you have gotten yourself into by helping this beautiful and nice girl.
"Hey, thanks again for helping me" she says her whole face seeming to blush as she turns away. You can see the sun setting through her window to the outside the sunsets light makes her hair look more beautiful than before.
"Yay it's just what us EMT's are supposed to do when we see someones in trouble is all" you say with a shrug of the shoulders as ur feel ur cheeks getting warmer than before.
She rolls back over after hearing ur an EMT, you look to the door to avoid her seeing you blush. You wonder if you should leave or not, but you feel like there is something your waiting for.
You suddenly feel a shaking hand touch yours and as you look back to her you wonder if it's the pain making her shake and if you should call someone in to give her some pain relievers. Before you can even ask her u notice she has fallen asleep as her hand drops out of yours. You look at her one more time as the last of the sunlight leaves the room.
You then notice she left something in your hand its a small slip off paper that you already think you know what it is as you unfold it. 10 digits on a small slip of paper followed by an XO. You wonder when she had time to wright it, but that isn't what matters know because ur exhaustion hits you like a train at that moment and you know you have to leave.
You put her fallen arm back into her bed hoping not to damage the stitches. You then pull up the blankets to cover her up. You walk to the door with one last glance over your shoulder at the girl who would inevitably change your life

> I don't get it
> please explain
> she was in hospital for a major chest wound and freaked out after receiving an epidermic needle in her leg, and escaped the hospital in a nurse's uniform?
> and then OP passed out at the sight of the girl's bloody chest, or the GIRL passed out at the sight of her own bloody chest?

sorry, sometimes the lack of grammar in the > posts confuses me, but I know it's kind of supposed to be that way due to the format.

"she passes out"

she passed out

She was scraped up her belly and up towards her ribs.
She was the one that passed out, and I called my buddy that got on the ambulance shift after me to come get us.
When we got there they were saying she had freaked and escaped, and- apparently sat on the first bus that came.
Still don't understand how she could be so energetic with open wounds and stuff..

thanks, OP!

I imagine it was adrenaline that kept her going, or maybe some pain-killing drugs or stimulants connected with surgery.

She left the hospital, which probably was a stressfull situation, so she could have. Who knows mate.
She seemed like she was just about to be stitched up, her wounds were completely clean when I checked.
