I called once when I was 6 or 7 years old because a friend and I couldn't figure out why his NES wouldn't work on this older than **** TV we found. I don't even remember what the problem was but they had us shooting ducks and diving into sewer pipes in about 5 minutes.

I find Games Workshop has far and away the best customer service I've ever used. They replaced a whole box of tactical marines for me just because one set of legs was warped.

I ****** up a spray paint job and they replaced nearly £200 of models for me, and gave me £20 of vouchers.
Games workshop's customer service is legit.

they had a 1900 number in nintendo power magazine where you could call and ask for game tips/cheats. it was like 1.99 a minute too

I once had an email convo with Bethesda for 3 months because the copy of Dishonored I bought could not be activated on my Steam, eventhough there were no warnings. 10/10 customer support.

I have not had a single Customer Service call with any company that I have not been completely satisfied with, other than the long waiting times but that's not really their fault.
