most low payed jobs prefer people without high qualifications because they see them as less hassle as they wont keep asking for a pay rise and they wont 'try too hard'

A degree to clean toilets? I am indeed an advocate for college education, but sometimes I think we put far too much effort on degrees and not enough on actual ability.

I'm pretty sure he means that there's jack **** work in the UK atm so university graduates with degrees can't find work in their chosen field so they have to work in low paying jobs, it's been all over the news in the UK. My cousin just graduated as an Electrical engineer but he's struggling to find a job so he's working as a clerk atm.

We have a subsidiary in the UK, engineering related, what I hear from there is quite the opposite. People with master degree are hard to find or ask for way to much money compared to the Austrian/German level.

Best example is in TF2, People will lose their **** for a Genuine Strange Festive Botkiller Killstreak, even if the said item is one of the worst in the game. I.E. a reskin. I turned down a Strange Solemn Vow because I never use that weapon.

Aldi is the ****. Cheap ass food that tastes just as good as the real food it's generic for and cheaper.

10/10 store. Only downfall is you have to bring your own bag to put **** in.
Or multiple bags, you know. Or you can buy them for money, too. keep the damn commies homeless from stealing their carts, they make you put a quarter in it to get it out then you get it back when you come back.

Do you not have the coin-for-shopping-trolley thing as standard where you're from?
In the UK that's the norm.

Also Lidl is better than Aldi

Aldi is a company that.. I believe started in Germany? I could be wrong. Anyways, they offer either off-brand or name brand in off brand packaging products for a lot cheaper. By checking the addresses on the box, my mom found that most of their cereals and a few other things were actually just name brand cereals (like Cheerios, Fruit Loops, etc) just in off-brand packaging.

It's a decent place to shop for OK food most of the time, but it's really more for people who require cheap food.

They actually pay their employees pretty decently and there is always room to move up the chain there, although I believe they are german they do run an old style of american business.

By being the owners and requiring whatever they please from their employees? Especially considering Aldi's generally gives alot more responsibility to their workers (and higher average pay as a result) I would expect them to ask for slightly higher than average credentials than the common applicant.
