******* lolled.
I'm from scotland too.
Hometown is turriff. We have a cow statue sitting around because some farmer couldn't pay taxes, and it got taken away. All the other farmers bought it back, but not until after it had ran around breaking shop windows and causing havock.
Hoooray.

I work right across the street from that statue and go to Strathclyde Uni, so in the last few months I've got to see the duke wear a variety of hats.

I live in Edinburgh. It's great but real ****** expensive.
We're not treated churlishly when compared to the filthy, sheep shagging welsh.
Also the second one is true for England as well.

Same! As good as Edinburgh is though, I will still feel more at home in Glasgow I think haha

I have been to Scotland this summer and have to say that I fell in love with the country. The food is good, the people are nice and the place is just beautiful. Edinburgh is probably the best city I have ever been to. It merges nature, the old and the new perfectly. After this trip I hope for one thing. That one day I come back for a more permanent stay.

Glasgow, born and raised. I lolled so hard at this it hurt like hell. In Glasgow, the drunks are so friendly to everyone that you can't NOT enjoy being hammered in Scotland. It's the best.
#79 to #56 - anon (01/15/2014) [-]
I second that, Glasgow drunks are best drunks! That's right! We're better than Ireland!

Is this true? I live about 15 minutes away from Carlisle, and I don't often get to give my bullwhip a proper outing.
