This one is quite nice since you can cross search tags unlike pururin, Like: femalex malex tagx, or if you know an artist and you want only english stuff, then do the same: authorx language:english. You dont need to put male or female just the tag and it auto completes for you. Also has a massive library and is pretty fast

A better alternative is defiantly tsumino.com
They're new and so haven't started taking submissions yet, but that will happen soon.
I always had problems with the loading times, and the mixed languages on nhentai.
There's also some cool account features like favorite and hated tags, and new stuff should start coming in soon, I'd check their twitter frequently 'cus that's how we'll know.
