i might have had a moment of realization but is rap basically the ability to rhythmically say and
sing a string of words at high speed that flow together?

Basically. Good rap is more or less poetry except actually interesting, although finding good rap is like finding American college students without grossly over-inflated egos, i.e. basically impossible.

Rap stands for rhythm and poetry. Basically putting words to a beat and rhyming them without actually singing is basically it.

basically poetry, but you dont have to say them fast. like anon said, good rap is like fast rhyming poetry, rappers like kendrick lamar, (sometimes) J.Cole, and songs by N.W.A. are some examples.

I would've just closed the door and prayed to Atom for mercy. If I know Ghouls are gonna be somewhere, I'm taking a full suit of Power Armor with me. I just got the game, but Ghouls look a lot tougher this time around judging by what I've seen from others.
