If you want to be technical about it, they aren't lying. They predict that the weather is going to do a certain thing, and they tell us all about this prediction. They don't lie in doing that... does it mean that they're correct? Hell no, but that's a different story. That's not lying, that's just being wrong.

I'd like to see the people who bitch about weather reporters do a better job, anyway.
