That move is actually called the crucifix, very hard to accomplish but when done can be brutal just like in the gif. Guy getting his face pulverized is Paul Herrera btw.

Doesn't look that difficult... All it is is a sprawl to a half spin.... then all you have to do is interlock the arms and lift
