Correct me if i'm wrong,but Bob Ross used to be a drill Sargent and he would yell and shout at everyone,right? after he got out of that,he swore to never shout or yell again,right?

anon (03/04/2015) [-] The reason it looks like that for us, is because he is so skilled it has become second nature for him.
Oh, i remember my first warhammer miniature. It looked like the spawn of satan's crap after eating, as told by the smiling black guy, spicy meat. Now however, after 2 years, my miniatures finally look reasonable and are a lot more fun to be made knowing all new sorts of techniques and trying out new ones from the internet.
You don't improve instantly, you will not even notice it, but slowly and surely it's improving and when you're there you will look back and wonder: ''was it really so difficult before?''.
Never forget, skilled people would not look so damn magical if you knew it costed them years of their life to become that good. Bob Ross was a nub just like all of us were or are and he gained said skill through hard work.
