Girl couldn't except I wasn't interested, we had a common group of friends. Had no Idea she was crazy just wasn't interested yakno.

**** you! Not with that attitude you can't. 4 years is more than enough time. Set a calorie count (get an app that helps you, I love "Eat this Much" app) and just start with cardio. Go walk for 45 minutes a day. The weight will start coming out. When you have a lot to lose, you lose a lot at first. Start with cardio at the bare minimum. Build your good habits. Cut drinks with calories and then hit a gym or do home workouts. If you want it bad enough then you can achieve it. People will help you, ****, I'll help you if that's what it takes.

My Fitness Pal is another good one. You don't need an app. They just help. There is a wealth of knowledge online. People will help you. You just gotta want it.

One of my close friends was about 375lbs about 4.5 years ago. He is now in the 170's. It is achievable.

you ever hear about p90x? Workout program works really well.

I lost 60 lbs in 3 months. I bet i would have lost more but by that time my bodyfat was super low. Like 9%. It also got me into best shape of my life! I could sprint for almost a mile. Where before id be lucky to run out of my driveway without Collapsing from overexertion...

I remember a snitch form back in school days (he ratted me out for taking some **** and I never got around for beating him up properly, manly because he switched schools shortly after that). Years later I heard form a friend in the medical profession that this particular rat hat tried to hang himself and (according to his file) his mother found him in time, he was institutionalized after that. I can honestly say that knowing his ****** up fate is the most satisfying thing that happed to someone who crossed me and that was not inflicted by me.
