The music added to the guy running around is from Sonic the Hedgehog.
In recent times, autistic 12 year olds thought sonic was the coolest **** ever so they made their own hedgehogs. Then autistic adults with free time thought it was the funniest, most pathetic thing ever so they started making some themselves.
Coldsteel here is the example of why these were so ridiculed and is one of the most well known fan made hedgehogs. It's possibly fake, I actually don't know.
But seriously it's gotten so far out of hand that you can google [Your First Name] the Hedgehog and find someone's fan made character Basically Sonic or Shadow recolored who just blows every other character out of the water. Jorge Uzumaki the Hedgehog (I'm not even kidding) looks like chrome and sonic had a baby.
