Modded staves are the best thing though. You can use them as a melee weapon and bind a spell cast to them. Pleb.

Those will only open cheap **** locks. Paperclips simply dont have the tensile strength for any kind of decent lock with good tumbler. The metal tines from a street sweeper work great for rakes, and a flathead screwdriver makes a decent torque wrench, especially if you bend it over.

Either way. A good lock will have security pins, Spools/ serrated ect. and you have to SPP those.

I've opened some higher end locks with paperclips. in some ways, the lower tensile strength helps.

It's not the tensile strength of the paperclips, it's the stiffness. If your pick isn't stiff enough it bends.

A lock is only meant to keep an honest person out. If someone wants past a lock they are going to get past it.- My dad on whether or not we had good locks.

Cut notches out a zip tie, take a tension wrench and just jiggle the zip tie while turning the tension wrench.

That's how I used to break into my parents liquor cabinet.

Watched my boss open my (locked) work truck in under ten seconds with a lockpicking kit, also seen him break into his own office with zip tie and a screwdriver.
Apparently, it's really easy to pick/bypass locks if you know how.
